When we first dreamed up Adventures in Boudoir, we imagined gathering a small group of couples who truly value connection, adventure, and documenting their love story.
The couples joining us in Tulum are people we’ve photographed before — people whose stories we’ve already had the privilege of capturing.
As we finalized the retreat, we reserved one final invitation for a couple we felt aligned with the experience.
When we thought about who that might be, you came to mind.

What the Week in Tulum Looks Like
Imagine waking slowly in a private villa in Tulum, sunlight spilling into the courtyard, coffee in hand, and nowhere you need to be except exactly where you are.
Over the course of the week, you’ll explore cenotes, wander through Tulum’s most iconic spaces, share incredible meals, and create photographs that capture your connection in places most people only dream of visiting.

Heather and Jeff Gonzales are the founders of Nue Orleans Boudoir, one of the most celebrated boudoir studios in the country.
Over the past several years they have photographed hundreds of clients, helping women and couples reconnect with their confidence, intimacy, and sense of adventure.
Adventures in Boudoir is the natural evolution of their work — bringing together travel, photography, and meaningful shared experiences in extraordinary places.

As we finalized the retreat experience, we intentionally reserved one final couple invitation.
This page was shared privately with a small number of past clients we felt would truly appreciate the experience.
Once the final couple joins, Adventures in Boudoir: Tulum 2026 will officially be complete.

Are payment plans available?
Yes! For this final suite, we’ve created a simple in-house payment plan to make planning easy.
How will dietary needs be handled?
Our private chef will prepare every meal with care and intention — and that includes honoring your dietary needs.
You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire before the retreat so we can accommodate allergies, restrictions, and preferences. For those with strict gluten sensitivities (like Celiac or Crohn’s), we recommend packing a few of your favorite certified snacks — just in case local markets fall short. Rest assured, we’re planning ahead to keep you nourished, satisfied, and safe.
What is off-limits during the photoshoots?
All imagery is suggestive, not explicit.
Think raw intimacy, artful sensuality, and deep connection — never acts of sex. Nudity and kink-inspired accessories (like harnesses, whips, gags, collars, or satin ties) are welcomed, but all imagery is created through the lens of safety, respect, and consent.
Do we have to share our images?
Nope. Your privacy is sacred.
Unless you sign a release giving us permission, your images remain completely private. You may also choose to share select images anonymously. Every couple has a different comfort level, and we honor that.
How will you plan for our shoot?
Just like in our studio, you’ll receive a pre-shoot questionnaire to help us understand your preferences, comfort zones, and creative direction.
You’ll also have access to Heather for styling help and inspiration leading up to the retreat. We’ll bring select items from our client closet, and you’re encouraged to bring your own favorite pieces that reflect your personality and story.
Do I need to bring lingerie or props?
We’ll bring a curated selection of accessories — but lingerie is all you.
This experience is about telling your story — and sometimes that story includes a t-shirt that makes you laugh, heels you wore on your first date, or a set you were gifted to celebrate something unforgettable. Bring the pieces that make you feel confident, sexy, and sentimental.
Jewelry with meaning, anniversary gifts, your partner’s favorite shirt — we encourage items that help us capture the most personal, powerful version of you. (We still talk about Chris’s “Do MILFs, Not Drugs” shirt… iconic.)
What if things change before the retreat?
We hope that doesn’t happen — but if it does, let’s talk.
Due to the exclusivity and limited capacity of this retreat, all deposits are non-refundable. That said, if you cancel your reservation:
Before November 20, 2026 → 80% of monthly payments are refundable
By December 20, 2026 → 70% refund
By January 20, 2026 → 60% refund
Cancellations after January 20, 2026 are non-refundable.
If a separation occurs, you may transfer your reservation — but because this retreat is invite-only and designed for established couples, new relationships are not automatically approved. If you’re considering bringing a best friend instead, let’s have a conversation.
Are soundbaths required?
Not at all — but they’re deeply encouraged.
Our soundbaths are offered three times during the retreat, and each one is designed to center you in your body, your breath, and the love you’re nurturing. Whether it’s your first or fiftieth experience, it’s a beautiful way to reconnect — with yourself and your partner.
Will there be alcohol?
Yes — cocktails, mocktails, champagne, and everything in between.
We’ve curated a selection of spirits and mixers that reflect the energy of the week. While this retreat is rooted in intention and connection, we believe there’s always room for a celebratory toast.

Our final night brings something unforgettable: a surprise ceremony and high-fashion photo session under the Hunter’s Moon in Taurus — a time for grounding, reflection, and renewed devotion.
Inspired by Vogue and haute couture campaigns, this shoot invites bold styling, sharp poses, and statement looks that feel like art.
Think: feathers, leather, tulle, metallics, mood, and magic.
